About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and delivery-focused Solution Architect with hands-on Communication Services experience to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of advanced Ericsson solutions, translating complex customer requirements and emerging technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings and proposals that drive profitable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake product deployment, integration, and configuration of Communication Services products.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests.
- Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to identify and drive continuous improvements in delivery processes.
- Resolve technical product delivery issues swiftly while maintaining and updating comprehensive solution documentation.
- Provide valuable feedback to R&D regarding potential portfolio enhancements and feature updates.
- Participate actively in knowledge transfer, technical documentation, and cross-functional information sharing.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies, sharing solution insights to enable ongoing customer competence building.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience within the telecommunications or ICT sector.
- Proven hands-on experience in the delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualization.
- Solid CS Core Portfolio knowledge covering MSC-S, MGW, and CTC.
- Strong IMS Portfolio knowledge including MTAS, CSCF, SBC, MRF, DNS, and ENUM.
- Demonstrated understanding of Cloud and NFVI technologies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
