We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Strategist to grow our brand's online presence, increase engagement, strengthen our digital identity, and convert social media audiences into valued clients across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive monthly social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Create, manage, and optimize monthly content calendars across all major social media platforms.
- Write compelling captions, powerful hooks, and clear calls-to-action that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment.
- Monitor current social media trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and algorithmic shifts.
- Oversee the online community by professionally responding to comments, direct messages, mentions, and inquiries.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and the broader creative team to ensure brand consistency.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience managing professional social media accounts for a reputable brand or organization.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating verifiable audience growth, engagement rates, and successful campaign results.
- Deep understanding of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in basic design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
- Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
