We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Strategist to elevate our digital presence, build a vibrant online community, and convert social audiences into loyal customers from our Lekki office.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive monthly social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Create, manage, and curate engaging monthly content calendars across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Write compelling copies, engaging hooks, and strong calls-to-action to drive interaction and inquiries.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns for maximum reach and ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive digital edge.
- Engage actively with the online community by responding professionally to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate closely with designers and videographers to ensure consistent brand voice and visual appeal.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using actionable insights.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience managing social media for a recognized brand or agency.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful audience growth, high engagement, and campaign results.
- Proficiency in basic design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
- Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and prepare detailed performance reports.
