About the Role
Hadi Finance is a leading financial service platform dedicated to supporting the growth and success of the informal retail sector in Africa. We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Associate to help build and grow our digital presence, ensuring our brand is consistently portrayed in the best possible way online. This is a hands-on role where you will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging short-form video content, manage paid campaigns, and connect our business impact directly with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media strategies, manage the content calendar, and create engaging short-form video content, captions, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to source impactful stories, product updates, and customer experiences from the field.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns using Meta Ads Manager to drive reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to continuously improve digital marketing outcomes and brand positioning.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related role with a strong portfolio.
- Proven experience running successful paid social campaigns utilizing real advertising budgets via Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or InShot, alongside strong copywriting and content-writing abilities.
- Deep understanding of social media analytics, performance metrics, and data-driven marketing decision-making.
- Familiarity with marketing to SME, retail, fintech, or Nigerian mass-market audiences is a distinct advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦150,000 to ₦200,000 based on experience.
