Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media growth strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars for multiple corporate and tech brands.
- Produce high-quality Reels, Shorts, TikToks, graphics, carousels, and promotional videos using CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and calls to action that drive high engagement and audience retention.
- Manage accounts, schedule posts consistently, and actively engage with audiences by responding professionally to comments and enquiries.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse platform insights, and prepare detailed monthly performance reports focusing on reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing with a proven portfolio.
- Strong video editing, graphic design, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, analytics platforms, and content scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple brands simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
- Must possess a personal computer suitable for content creation and reliable internet access for full-time remote work.
- Bonus skills include Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing, and AI-assisted content generation.
