Key Responsibilities- Manage the comprehensive social media calendar and oversee day-to-day publishing across active digital platforms.
- Translate core brand and marketing priorities into highly engaging, strategic content plans.
- Write compelling, conversion-driven captions tailored to resonate with distinct audiences in Nigeria and the UK.
- Drive active community engagement by managing comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate dynamic digital campaigns, exclusive product launches, influencer marketing collaborations, and user-generated content.
- Track key performance metrics and utilize actionable insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and sales conversions.
- Monitor emerging digital trends while strictly preserving Scentimental's upscale and sophisticated brand identity.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional social media management experience within lifestyle, luxury, beauty, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, planning, and tactical execution abilities.
- Proven hands-on experience managing and scaling Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok channels.
- Strong working knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to link content strategies to measurable commercial results.
