About the Role
Whip-Smart Services Provider Limited, a leading home healthcare service provider with offices in Lagos and Port Harcourt, is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager. In this role, you will manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, grow our online visibility, and strengthen audience engagement to support our mission of delivering top-tier home care services across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms across various channels.
- Create and publish engaging content, compelling captions, graphics, and videos.
- Develop and maintain consistent content calendars for ongoing campaigns.
- Monitor comments, direct messages, industry trends, and overall audience engagement.
- Develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and online visibility.
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare regular analytical reports.
- Research digital trends and competitor activities to continuously improve our content strategy.
- Collaborate with the internal team on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and algorithms.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva; basic video editing skills are a distinct advantage.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and independent working abilities.
