About the Role
Elite Concept Homes and Construction Limited is a fast-growing real estate and construction company operating in Abuja, Nigeria, across the residential, commercial, community, hospitality, and education sectors. We are currently seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence, showcase our iconic property developments, and drive quality lead generation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage corporate social media platforms to maintain a consistent, professional brand presence.
- Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, reels, and property showcases.
- Develop and manage content calendars to ensure regular, timely, and impactful posting.
- Promote ongoing developments, completed projects, and company milestones across digital channels.
- Monitor digital trends and identify innovative opportunities to increase reach and audience engagement.
- Respond professionally and promptly to comments, direct messages, and client enquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to convert digital interactions into sales leads.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, audience growth, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate professional photography, videography, and other digital content production sessions.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related corporate role.
- Strong working knowledge of major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Proficiency in copywriting, brand communication, and visual content coordination.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or property marketing will be a distinct advantage.
