About the Role
Strivo Labs is a dynamic digital solutions provider specializing in custom design, MVP development, automation, and content creation. We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Intern / Content Creator to strengthen our digital footprint through engaging storytelling, targeted social media management, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice.
- Develop and execute a strategic content calendar aligned with company campaigns, product launches, and business goals.
- Design compelling graphics, carousels, and promotional assets using tools like Canva.
- Shoot, edit, and optimize short-term reels, videos, and stories using CapCut to capture audience attention.
- Monitor platform trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Engage actively with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions promptly.
- Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, and engagement, compiling periodic performance reports for the marketing team.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video-editing tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content-planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, scheduling tools, and Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
