We are currently looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to elevate the digital footprint of our diverse business portfolio, including our luxury apartments and bustling bakery/pizza brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling multimedia content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
- Manage daily community interactions, responding promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to highlight new product launches, apartment listings, and special promotions.
- Plan, execute, and monitor targeted paid social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and sales.
- Analyze performance metrics, track campaign ROI, and generate regular insightful reports.
- Identify emerging social media trends and competitor activities to keep our brand relevant and innovative.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and manage user-generated content initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience managing corporate or lifestyle social media accounts.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and paid advertising strategies.
- Exceptional copywriting, visual storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills.
