As we expand our brand reach across Nigeria, we are seeking a passionate and social media-savvy Content Creator to showcase the magic we create every day. Key Responsibilities- Create, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Manage Cradle Lights social media handles actively to grow an authentic followership and boost online engagement.
- Develop and execute a strategic content calendar aligned with studio activities, seasonal shoots, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of digital trends to produce creative, high-impact content that drives brand visibility.
- Write compelling captions and posts that reflect our warm, family-oriented brand voice.
- Collaborate with the studio photography team to capture behind-the-scenes moments, mini-adverts, and promotional materials.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics regularly to track reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Proven experience managing active social media pages with a track record of achieving organic growth to at least 3,000+ followers.
- Strong proficiency in short-form video creation, such as Instagram Reels and TikToks.
- Working knowledge of content editing tools including CapCut, Canva, or Lightroom.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and performance analytics.
- Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and creative conceptualization skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in photography or videography is an added advantage.
