In this role, you will be the creative voice behind our brand, crafting compelling stories, capturing mouth-watering visuals, and building an engaged community of health-conscious consumers across all major social media platforms. Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's overall marketing and business goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content, including high-quality photos, short-form videos, reels, stories, and copywriting for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media trends, viral challenges, and industry best practices to proactively incorporate them into our content calendar.
- Engage actively with our online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering meaningful relationships with followers and brand advocates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to promote new product launches, campaigns, and special events.
- Analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools and generate regular reports to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Creative Arts, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG, food, or lifestyle sector.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and branding.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and smartphone photography equipment.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian digital culture, social media algorithms, and audience behavior across multiple platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment based in Abuja.
