Key Responsibilities- Create engaging and high-performing content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
- Brainstorm creative, relatable, and entertaining content ideas that resonate with African entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Stay constantly updated on digital trends, memes, viral audio, and evolving internet culture.
- Produce short-form videos, engaging reels, informative carousels, and interactive stories.
- Step in front of the camera comfortably to present and humanize the brand through video content.
- Translate technical business, tech, and entrepreneurship topics into digestible, engaging consumer content.
- Collaborate with the broader Content and Social Media team to plan, execute, and evaluate impactful marketing campaigns.
- Actively engage with the Bumpa community, monitor sentiment, and analyze insights to optimize future content strategies.
- 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in social media management and content creation.
- Deep, intuitive understanding of platform algorithms and content mechanics on Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and a strong pulse on current trends and internet culture.
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and basic video-editing capabilities.
- High level of comfort appearing on camera and driving video-first content strategies.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to take full ownership of projects from concept to execution.
- Strong interest in the Nigerian startup ecosystem, small businesses, and entrepreneurship.
