About the Role

As global pioneers and facilitators for life, we are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Site Manager to join our team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will oversee all Diversey interests on-site, provide expert operational support, expand our Food and Beverage (F&B) business coverage, and sustainably improve revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and take full responsibility for all Diversey operational activities on-site.
- Liaise effectively with the customer management team to ensure service excellence and alignment.
- Oversee comprehensive operational reporting on behalf of Diversey.
- Evaluate and identify the training and development needs of on-site team members.
- Implement robust process improvements and operational standards across the business.
- Drive F&B business expansion and increase Net Trade Sales (NTS).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site management, operations, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the FMCG or F&B sector.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and quality standards.
