About the Role
KindHeart Agency, a premier boutique agency delivering state-of-the-art content for luxury brands, is seeking a dynamic Shoot Coordinator to join our team on a project basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our visual productions, ensuring seamless planning and execution from pre-production to final delivery. You will collaborate closely with management, elite creatives, top-tier talent, discerning clients, and external vendors to bring visionary campaigns to life in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end shoot planning from pre-production through to shoot day and post-production tracking.
- Create and maintain accurate shoot schedules, detailed call sheets, and comprehensive production checklists.
- Facilitate clear communication between the creative team, clients, crew, talent, and external vendors.
- Confirm logistics, availability, and bookings for crew members, talent, equipment, props, and shoot locations.
- Assist with sourcing production materials and managing vendor relationships effectively.
- Ensure all team members are thoroughly briefed ahead of time to keep productions running strictly on schedule.
- Track post-production timelines and ensure all required project assets and deliverables are accounted for.
- Proven experience in production, shoot coordination, project management, or a similar creative role.
- Strong background within an agency, production company, fashion, media, or talent management environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic budgeting and expense-tracking capabilities.
- Proficiency using digital project management tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, or Trello.
- Flexibility for a hybrid work model in Lagos, including availability for occasional weekend shoots.
