About the Role
Rotic Aluminium Extrusion is a steadily growing manufacturing company based in Anambra, dedicated to delivering the highest standard of aluminium extrusion profiles through precision and craftsmanship. Established in 2023, we are rapidly expanding to become a leading force in the African aluminium industry. We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing floor, optimize shift performance, and maintain our rigorous quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all production activities during assigned shifts to meet daily output and efficiency targets.
- Monitor manufacturing processes closely and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Compile and share comprehensive daily reports with management regarding production metrics, downtimes, and performance.
- Facilitate a seamless handover and operational transition between shifting production teams.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and oversee routine equipment operation and maintenance.
- Manage, coordinate, and motivate production workers to foster a safe and highly productive work environment.
- Ensure adequate shift staffing and provide ongoing on-the-job training to support continuous manufacturing operations.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience leading a manufacturing or production team.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and general computer literacy.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and generating timely shift reports.
- Effective communication skills with the capability to manage crisis situations and adapt quickly.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including rotating day and night shifts.
- Competitive monthly salary of N120,000 to N150,000.
