Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced industrial sewing and high-volume production operations to meet daily manufacturing targets.
- Guide, mentor, and support junior sewing operators on the floor to enhance overall team output and skill levels.
- Ensure all finished production work strictly adheres to established quality control standards and specifications.
- Proactively identify and resolve sewing and production-related technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor daily work processes, optimize workflow, and maintain high levels of production efficiency.
- Ensure proper handling, routine maintenance, and safe use of all industrial sewing equipment and machinery.
- Support full compliance with workplace health, safety, and operational procedures across the manufacturing floor.
- Strong professional experience in industrial sewing, garment manufacturing, or textile production environments.
- Excellent, hands-on knowledge of advanced sewing operations, techniques, and machinery handling.
