About the Role
Cobranet Limited, a leading internet service provider in Nigeria established in 2003, is looking for a dedicated and well-organized Service Delivery Officer. In this role, you will act as the primary point of reference for both our field sales team and valued customers, ensuring seamless operations, accurate order processing, and exceptional after-sales support to foster long-lasting business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, organizing important documentation, and communicating relevant project updates.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all client orders and manage sales-related equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing reliable after-sales support.
- Store, sort, and manage financial and non-financial data electronically while generating comprehensive performance reports.
- Proactively inform clients of any unforeseen service delays and propose effective solutions.
- Monitor team progress, identify operational shortcomings, and recommend strategic process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Service Delivery Officer, sales coordinator, or project administrator within the ICT sector.
- Strong technical understanding of web technologies, software development, and modern IT solutions.
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
