About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled, accurate, and professional Senior Sonographer to join our dedicated team at our Ilupeju facility in Lagos. In this role, you will perform high-quality ultrasound examinations, support precise diagnostics, and ensure exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a comprehensive range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, pelvic, and soft tissue scans.
- Ensure proper patient preparation, accurate positioning, and clear communication throughout all procedures.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain high-tech ultrasound equipment in strict compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Capture high-quality diagnostic images and provide preliminary findings to support attending physicians.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and complete all required clinical documentation promptly.
- Adhere strictly to institutional infection control, patient safety protocols, and medical confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists and other clinical staff to ensure timely and precise patient diagnosis.
- Monitor equipment cleanliness and report any technical malfunctions immediately to prevent downtime.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, Ultrasonography, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a valid practicing license and active registration with the relevant professional regulatory body in Nigeria, such as the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience as a Sonographer within a reputable diagnostic center or hospital.
- Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge or exemption certificate.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of modern ultrasound techniques, high attention to detail, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
