About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Site Engineer to join our expert team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping vibrant communities by managing all civil and external infrastructure works, ensuring our residential and commercial developments meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all civil and external works on site, including internal roads, storm drainage networks, boundary walls, and landscaping.
- Oversee the installation of critical utilities infrastructure such as sewage and water treatment plants, generators, solar power systems, and fiber optic cabling.
- Liaise closely with civil engineering consultants to address design details, site conditions, and necessary modifications.
- Coordinate civil works programs seamlessly with residential block construction to prevent access and logistics conflicts.
- Manage accurate setting-out and level control in collaboration with the Civil Works Land Surveyor.
- Maintain comprehensive civil works registers, including inspection records, utility installations, and pressure test certificates.
- Ensure all road surfaces, drainage systems, and utilities are fully prepared for commissioning prior to property handovers.
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with active COREN registration strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional civil engineering experience, focusing on road construction, drainage, and utilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lagos State construction environments and local regulatory standards.
- Active membership in the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
