About the Role
ITB Nigeria Limited, a leading civil engineering and building construction company established in 1995, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Director to lead our expanding marine construction portfolio. In this vital leadership role, you will direct large-scale marine projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet strict timelines, budgets, and the highest international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee the complete lifecycle of marine construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Develop comprehensive project plans of action, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and work plans.
- Assess potential project risks and establish robust contingency plans to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
- Manage workflows and inputs from a diverse variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project budgets, financials, and Profit and Loss (P/L) statements.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with international lenders and manage Environmental and Social (E&S) aspects.
- Facilitate clear and effective communications with clients, consultants, and structural engineers.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on marine projects.
- Demonstrated successful track record of taking complex projects from conception to completion.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
