About the Role
EHA Clinics is a world-class primary healthcare service provider in Nigeria, bridging the gap between patients and quality care through innovative solutions and patient-centric clinics. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Officer, Client Acquisition & Retention to join our Client Relations department in Lugbe, Abuja. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in growing our customer base, safeguarding revenue, and building long-term, loyal relationships with our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesPurpose:
- Promote, follow up, and diligently close sales and deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify client needs, up-sell or cross-sell products and services, and study competitors to aid customer retention.
- Manage customer complaints, develop actionable solutions, and collaborate with relevant units for corrective actions.
Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, and senior management to address customer needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client feedback and escalations, optimizing the customer lifecycle.
- Continuously seek innovative ways to improve conversion rates, processes, and service delivery workflows.
Delivery:
- Establish productive business relationships with prospects within assigned sectors.
- Ensure strict adherence to contract terms by both EHA Clinics and our clients.
- Diagnose service delivery challenges and initiate technological or procedural improvements.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven post-NYSC experience in business development, marketing, customer success, or client service.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution industry will be a strong added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Completion or exemption of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
