About the Role
MTN Nigeria, Africa's leading cellular telecommunications company, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager - Analytics and Insight to join our Enterprise Business team. In this role, you will oversee the development and management of our data strategy, ensuring that strategic, marketing, and operational decisions are supported by accurate, efficient, and market-relevant insights to drive business growth across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction on Enterprise Business planning, competitive pricing strategies, and financial modeling.
- Ensure relevant business rules are applied in budgeting processes and forecasting scenarios for enterprise performance.
- Manage performance measurement, monitoring of propositions, and end-to-end reporting of all enterprise activities.
- Determine and manage the development of new insight generation capabilities across corporate and SME segments.
- Develop and execute market insight and lead generation strategies through targeted research and strategic partnerships.
- Define and manage the Enterprise Segment customer lifecycle management framework in conjunction with segment managers.
- Lead, mentor, and coach direct reports, conducting regular performance reviews and identifying training needs.
- First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- 9 to 17 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a management track record.
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in reporting business performance, financial analysis, business analytics, and market insight.
