Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical workshops in Theatre Arts and related disciplines.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Develop and update course curricula in alignment with global best practices and National Universities Commission standards.
- Publish high-quality scholarly research in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Contribute to departmental administration, curriculum development, and university committee assignments.
- Integrate digital teaching tools and innovative pedagogies into classroom instruction.
- Ph.D. in Theatre Arts or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of six (6) years of university teaching and research experience.
- Strong portfolio of scholarly publications in reputable academic journals.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies within the arts and theatre industry.
