Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Software Engineering and related computing disciplines.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and publish impactful papers in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Provide robust academic and administrative leadership within the department and university committees.
- Mentor students academically, professionally, and morally in alignment with the institutional vision.
- Drive curriculum development and integrate innovative digital learning tools into teaching methodologies.
- Possession of a good Ph.D. degree with a primary specialization in Software Engineering or a closely related computing discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification, full-time teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- A proven track record of academic publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
