Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Medical Laboratory Science courses.
- Supervise student research projects, practical laboratory sessions, and academic dissertations.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and university committee assignments.
- Mentor students and provide academic counseling to foster professional growth and ethical standards.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a directly relevant field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of full-time teaching, research, and administrative experience in a recognized university.
- A robust portfolio of significant scholarly publications in recognized peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop, execute, and direct academic research projects.
- High proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with demonstrable competence for modern e-learning and research.
- Competitive remuneration structured on the KDUTSS 05 salary scale, comparable to Federal Universities in Nigeria.
