Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship using modern digital teaching tools.
- Design, update, and evaluate curriculum content to align with global standards and local African socio-economic needs.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Conduct high-impact academic research and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor students to become thoughtful, fearless leaders and ethical entrepreneurs.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees and contribute to institutional growth.
- Hold a Ph.D. in Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a closely related relevant discipline.
- Possess a minimum of six (6) years of university teaching and research experience.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of scholarly publications in reputable journals in line with National Universities Commission (NUC) guidelines.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies will be a distinct advantage.
