KolaDaisi University (KDU), a premier private institution licensed by the National Universities Commission, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Lecturer in Human Physiology. We are looking for a dedicated academic leader to join our faculty for the 2026/2027 academic session and contribute to the shaping of future medical and health science professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Human Physiology in accordance with university curriculum standards.
- Develop and execute high-impact research projects, securing grants and publishing findings in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research dissertations and academic projects.
- Provide academic counseling, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide administrative duties and committees.
- Drive curriculum development and integrate ICT-enabled teaching methodologies into daily academic delivery.
- Possession of a Ph.D. degree in Human Physiology or a closely relevant field from a recognized and accredited university.
- A minimum of six (6) years of full-time teaching, research, and administrative experience within a tertiary institution.
- A robust portfolio of significant scholarly publications in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop, and execute independent research projects with evidence of research direction.
- High proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with demonstrable competence in digital learning platforms.
