Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Food Science and Human Nutrition.
- Supervise undergraduate research projects, master's theses, and doctoral dissertations.
- Conduct high-impact, peer-reviewed research and publish findings in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Contribute actively to curriculum development, department administration, and academic committee meetings.
- Mentor junior faculty members and participate in student academic advising and career guidance.
- Possess a PhD in Food Science, Human Nutrition, or a closely related academic discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of active teaching and research experience at the university level.
- Must have a minimum of eight (8) quality peer-reviewed publications in reputable academic journals.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree with not below a Second-Class Upper Division, or a Second-Class Lower Division with a PhD.
- Demonstrated ability to attract research grants and collaborate on multidisciplinary agricultural and nutritional science projects is a distinct advantage.
