Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and seminars in compliance with university quality standards.
- Design, update, and develop comprehensive curricula and course materials for various learning platforms.
- Set, administer, and grade assignments, tests, and examinations fairly and rigorously.
- Conduct high-impact academic research, publishing papers in reputable journals and securing research funding.
- Collaborate with faculty members to enhance teaching methodologies and expand the academic knowledge base.
- Mentor, guide, and provide academic support to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, academic conferences, and university training initiatives.
- Must hold a Ph.D. degree in Law or a directly relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in teaching, academic research, and institutional administration.
- Must have at least 7 publications in reputable, peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise student research projects and drive continuous academic inquiry.
- Active affiliation with a recognized professional legal or academic body.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams.
