Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations at various academic levels.
- Conduct impactful research and publish scholarly articles in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership within the department.
- Mentor junior faculty members and participate in curriculum development and departmental committees.
- Integrate modern digital tools and innovative pedagogical methods into teaching and research.
- Possession of a good Ph.D. degree with specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A proven track record of academic and administrative leadership, with significant mentoring experience.
- Strong portfolio of relevant publications in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital skills and modern technology relevant to engineering education.
