Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Economics utilizing modern digital teaching tools.
- Conduct impactful, peer-reviewed research and contribute significantly to the academic standing of the university through scholarly publications.
- Mentor, advise, and supervise undergraduate and graduate students in their academic pursuits and research projects.
- Design, update, and review curriculum content to align with global standards and industry needs.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, contributing to institutional growth and governance.
- Engage in community service and foster strategic partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders.
- Ph.D. in Economics or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Minimum of six (6) years of continuous university-level teaching and research experience.
- Strong portfolio of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals, meeting National Universities Commission (NUC) standards.
- Active membership in relevant professional economic bodies is a distinct advantage.
