Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and practical training to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Supervise student research projects, laboratory sessions, and academic fieldwork.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental administration, and academic accreditation processes.
- Mentor students and provide academic advising to foster professional growth.
- Engage in community service and institutional advancement initiatives on behalf of the university.
- Possess a relevant professional degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized university.
- Hold a Ph.D. in Medical Laboratory Science or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Hold current registration and possess a valid practicing license with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Demonstrate substantial teaching, research, clinical, and administrative experience commensurate with the Senior Lecturer rank.
- Provide robust evidence of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed national and international journals.
