Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration utilizing modern digital teaching tools.
- Design, update, and implement innovative curricula that align with global academic standards and industry demands.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
- Conduct high-impact academic research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, contributing to institutional growth and accreditation processes.
- Mentor students and foster an inclusive, intellectually stimulating, and supportive academic culture.
- Engage in community service and forge strategic partnerships with corporate organizations and industry stakeholders.
- Possess a Ph.D. in Business Administration or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Must meet the minimum requirements for the Senior Lecturer rank as prescribed by the National Universities Commission (NUC).
- Demonstrate a minimum of six (6) years of continuous university teaching, mentoring, and research experience.
- Provide a robust portfolio of evidence of scholarly publications in reputable local and international journals.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies will be a distinct advantage.
