Key Responsibilities- Manage taught accounting programmes, overseeing day-to-day operational processes including timetabling, assessments, and accreditation.
- Develop and apply innovative teaching techniques to foster student engagement, monitor academic progress, and provide effective mentorship.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research, producing high-quality scholarly outputs that influence industry and academic practices.
- Provide academic leadership by guiding colleagues, participating in performance reviews, and contributing to resource and curriculum management.
- Ensure all programme designs and delivery methods comply with institutional quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) and a Master's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant lecturing or academic experience within a tertiary institution.
- Proven track record of research, scholarly publications, and academic leadership.
