Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and seminars in compliance with university quality standards.
- Develop innovative curricula and course materials for multi-platform delivery.
- Collaborate with academic colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and expand the departmental knowledge base.
- Set, administer, and grade assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Conduct high-impact research, write academic papers, and publish in reputable journals.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, conferences, and institutional training initiatives.
- Provide academic support, mentorship, and guidance to students and junior colleagues.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects.
- Must hold a Ph.D. degree in Nursing or a closely relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in teaching, academic research, and administration.
- Must have at least 7 publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise student research and secure research impact.
- Active affiliation with a relevant professional body.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams.
