About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and dynamic Senior Interior Architect with over four years of professional experience to lead the design and execution of high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use interior projects in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will combine innovative design thinking with rigorous technical expertise to deliver exceptional spaces that align with our clients' functional and aesthetic aspirations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and comprehensive design presentations.
- Produce detailed interior architectural drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including schedules, budgets, resource planning, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Coordinate closely with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, conducting regular site inspections to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
- Lead client consultations to understand project briefs, present professional recommendations, and manage expectations effectively.
- Mentor junior architects and interior designers, fostering collaboration and maintaining excellence across the internal design team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Professional certification or active membership in relevant industry bodies is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience managing residential, commercial, or corporate interior projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, technical detailing, and construction documentation.
