About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Senior Finance Associate to play a critical role in supporting our financial management and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation of monthly budgets, cash flow projections, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate core accounting activities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and group account consolidation.
- Maintain financial reporting systems, manage general ledger activities, and enforce strong control mechanisms.
- Manage treasury activities, liquidity planning, weekly fund flow updates, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, managing statutory remittances including VAT, WHT, and PAYE.
- Process payment vouchers, maintain proper documentation, and provide operational finance support.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and IFRS reporting standards.
