About the Role
Trinity Financial Services Limited is a licensed financial advisory and wealth management company regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and based in Lagos State. We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and business-oriented Senior Credit and Marketing Officer to spearhead our business development and marketing operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving loan portfolio growth, securing high-value deposits, and executing strategic marketing initiatives across our corporate and individual client segments. Applicants must currently reside and work within the Lagos Island axis within a recognized financial institution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies aligned with the company's overarching business objectives.
- Drive aggressive loan portfolio growth and deposit mobilization by attracting high-net-worth prospects and corporate clients.
- Conduct thorough market research and financial trend analysis to identify emerging business opportunities within the Nigerian financial sector.
- Collaborate closely with sales and credit risk teams to generate qualified leads and streamline the loan approval lifecycle.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, brand activations, and strategic sponsorships to enhance market visibility.
- Oversee the creation of impactful marketing collateral, ensuring strict brand consistency across all online and offline channels.
- Maintain active engagement with digital touchpoints, including corporate social media accounts and the official company website.
- Track, measure, and report on the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Work hand-in-hand with leadership to achieve strategic financial targets and uphold regulatory compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of proven marketing and credit experience within a commercial bank or licensed financial services institution.
- Must be currently working within a financial institution located on Lagos Island.
- Possession of an MBA, Master’s degree, or professional certification such as CIBN will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling loan portfolios, meeting deposit targets, and leading high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian financial regulations, credit analysis, lending practices, and digital payment ecosystems.
