About the Role
Fact Base Consulting is currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced Senior Accounts Executive on behalf of our esteemed manufacturing client in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of financial records, managing general ledger accounts, and ensuring seamless month-end closing processes. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and review general ledger accounts daily to ensure accurate accounting records and proper cost allocation.
- Prepare and review trial balances and financial records, ensuring absolute accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and oversee month-end closing activities, including the preparation of financial schedules and supporting documents.
- Reconcile SAP physical inventory records with financial ledgers, actively investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Supervise accounts receivable activities, including bill-wise receivables, customer balances, and ageing analysis.
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any other related field.
- Minimum of four years of progressive experience in an accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing set-up.
- Professional certification such as ACA is a distinct added advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience and proficiency with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial reporting and inventory reconciliations independently.
