We are currently seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Personnel to safeguard our premises, guests, and staff. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure atmosphere by patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding promptly to emergencies while delivering exceptional hospitality-driven customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol hotel premises regularly, including entrances, exits, hallways, and parking areas.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity.
- Control access to the property, checking identification of visitors, vendors, and contractors.
- Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Report any security breaches, hazards, or unusual occurrences to management immediately.
- Write clear, detailed incident reports and maintain accurate daily security logs.
- Enforce hotel policies while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Strong observational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic security protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
