Key Responsibilities- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems continuously to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular physical patrols of the hotel premises, parking lots, and perimeter areas.
- Control access points, verify visitor credentials, and manage guest security protocols professionally.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances following established hotel procedures.
- Maintain a detailed daily security logbook and write accurate incident reports for management review.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification; additional security certifications will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of proven security experience within the hotel, hospitality, or private security sector.
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring, patrol techniques, emergency response, and professional report writing.
- Demonstrated traits of high alertness, strict discipline, physical fitness, and a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and tactfully.
