About the Role
JB Farms is a growing palm oil processing company, headquartered in Odogbolu, Ogun State, with sites in Ore, Ondo State, and Oban, Cross River State, committed to efficient production, quality standards, and sustainable practices. We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to join our safety team and safeguard our premises.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and secure company premises, assets, and personnel against unauthorized access or potential threats.
- Control access at entry points and ensure proper identification and documentation of visitors and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols across designated areas of the facility to deter suspicious activities and hazards.
- Report incidents, security breaches, and emergencies promptly to management and local authorities.
- Enforce company security policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures consistently.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and comprehend standard operational instructions.
- Good physical stamina and fitness required for extensive patrolling and shift work.
- Proven prior experience in security operations or paramilitary training will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle visitors and staff professionally.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible shift schedules as required by the company.
