About the Role

We are seeking three disciplined, vigilant, and experienced Security Officers to provide effective security coverage at the Managing Director’s Residence in Ikoyi, Lagos. Key Responsibilities- Maintain effective security coverage at the MD Residence during assigned day or night shifts.
- Conduct routine security patrols and checks around the residence and immediate surroundings.
- Monitor and control access to the premises, carefully verifying visitors and contractors.
- Maintain accurate logs of visitors, vehicle movements, security incidents, and shift handovers.
- Identify and promptly report suspicious activities, security breaches, or potential threats.
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents.
- Enforce established access-control protocols and confidentiality regarding the MD and family.
- Liaise professionally with the Group Head of Security and relevant security agencies.
- Previous military, paramilitary, police, or relevant security service experience is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate, executive, VIP, or high-profile residential security.
- Must not be more than 45 years of age.
- Demonstrable knowledge of access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response.
- Physically fit, medically capable, and able to work rotating day and night shifts.
- High level of integrity, discretion, alertness, and professional conduct.
