We are currently seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a secure, peaceful, and orderly environment, ensuring that our guests and staff feel safe and protected at all times while enjoying our vibrant restaurant atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor premises, entrances, and parking areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or suspicious activities.
- Manage guest entry and exit points, maintaining a polite, professional, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Patrol the restaurant grounds regularly to ensure safety compliance and deter potential security threats.
- Respond swiftly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances, resolving issues calmly and effectively according to established protocols.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Assist customers with parking guidance and general inquiries while maintaining heightened situational awareness.
- Minimum of OND, SSCE, or relevant security certifications and professional training.
- Proven work experience as a Security Officer, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail sector.
- Strong observational skills, physical fitness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with diverse guests and team members.
