Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise daily security operations, shift schedules, and the performance of security personnel within the facility.
- Monitor access control protocols, CCTV surveillance systems, and routine security patrols to prevent unauthorized entry and breaches.
- Investigate security incidents, potential theft, and company policy violations thoroughly, providing detailed and actionable reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company security guidelines, safety protocols, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Liaise effectively with local law enforcement agencies and emergency response services when necessary to resolve incidents.
- Maintain accurate daily security logs and recommend proactive security improvements to facility management.
- Minimum of an SSCE academic qualification, with relevant certifications in industrial security serving as a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience of 3 to 5 years in a security leadership or supervisory role within a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial security operations, access control technology, and effective incident management.
- Exceptional leadership, crisis management, communication, and professional report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications for daily record-keeping and reporting tasks.
