St. Cyprian Modern Schools, a premier multi-level private educational institution located in Agubia, Ikwo Local Government Area, Ebonyi State, is seeking a professional Security Officer. Our institution provides comprehensive academic pathways across Nursery, Primary, and Secondary educational levels, and we require a vigilant and responsible security professional to ensure the safety and protection of our students, staff, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and patrol school premises to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Control access to the school facility and manage visitor check-ins
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergency situations
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with school management to implement security protocols
- Conduct regular security checks of buildings and surrounding areas
- Assist in protecting school property and preventing unauthorized access
- Maintain professional conduct and positive relationships with students and staff
- First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) or SSCE/NECO equivalence
- Security training certification or relevant security course completion
- Previous security experience is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and observational skills
