In this role, you will inspire students, foster a positive learning environment, and deliver engaging lessons that align with our high standards of academic excellence and character development.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the approved secondary school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to support student holistic development.
- Participate in school co-curricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed), B.Sc, B.A, or a relevant discipline with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized secondary school setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.
- TRCN certification or eligibility is an added advantage.
