Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging, and learner-centred Science lessons.
- Utilize practical, interactive, and age-appropriate methods to simplify complex scientific concepts.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Assess and monitor learners' academic progress while providing constructive, actionable feedback.
- Maintain effective classroom management to foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Encourage scientific inquiry, analytical problem-solving, and hands-on practical learning experiences.
- Integrate modern educational technology and digital tools seamlessly into daily classroom instruction.
- Provide targeted support to learners with diverse abilities and unique learning needs.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow educators to enrich the school's overall academic programmes.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or NCE in Science, Education, or a related Science discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable teaching experience within a reputable school environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the relevant Science curriculum.
- Exceptional classroom management, lesson delivery, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage students, parents, and colleagues.
