About the Role
Caleb British International School (CBIS), a prestigious co-educational Christian day and boarding school operating the British curriculum, is seeking a compassionate and qualified School Nurse. In this vital role, you will promote the health and well-being of our approximately 400 students by delivering exceptional medical care, maintaining health records, and fostering a safe, health-conscious school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt first aid, nursing care, and immediate medical intervention for student illnesses and injuries.
- Monitor and maintain accurate student health records, tracking chronic conditions, allergies, and vaccination statuses.
- Deliver health education and promote disease prevention strategies across the school community.
- Maintain medical inventory, manage the school sickbay, and ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards.
- Lead emergency preparedness protocols and actively participate in child safeguarding and safety initiatives.
- Valid nursing certification (RN/RM or equivalent) and relevant professional qualifications.
- Demonstrated practical experience in paediatric, school, or emergency nursing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a high degree of professionalism.
